Responsibilities

  • close cooperation with CEO in creating and executing the sales strategy
  • developing new business opportunities and managing the current sales plan
  • building trusting, long-term relationships with Clients
  • participation in all business development activities (outreach, business trips and attending conferences, inbound, negotiation and closing deals, account management)
  • tracking trends and generating new ideas to improve sales efficiency

Requirements

  • fluency in English (minimum C1 level)
  • higher education
  • minimum 5 years of experience in sales and direct interaction with the Customer
  • highly developed interpersonal, sales and negotiation skills /// Experience in performing negotiations, selling and managing complex sales cycles
  • readiness to travel abroad
  • able to work relatively autonomously to shape and undertake individual assignments or work streams
  • ability to motivate, influence, support and define tasks in a team
  • goal orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-growing business environment
  • proactive approach to process improvement

Nice to have
