As a HR BUSINESS PARTNER you will be responsible for miscellaneous Human Resources duties and assist us in the development and implementation of processes and procedures in support of the company’s management, with your daily operations tasks covering creating and developing of:

Responsibilities

  • RELATIONS POLICY
    Bracing all areas of team members relations: absences, complaints and performance management in line with company values and strategy. Your proficiency will be highly appreciated in the area of personnel relations management, especially with regards to communication and team building aspects.

  • ENGAGEMENT AND RETENTION POLICY
    Dealing with employee commitment and retention issues by providing the staff with support in achieving their day-to-day goals, holding effective one-to-one meetings, launching and supporting job satisfaction initiatives.

  • WORKPLACE RULES AND HR POLICY
    A regular updating of HR procedures, providing employees guidance for appropriate behaviour in compliance with the company’s values, ensuring accurate management of data collection, documenting workflow, serving as professional contact point for HR advice and information.

  • LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT POLICY
    Promoting a learning and talent management strategy in terms of the growing levels of investment in the employees professional, leadership development. You will be actively engaged in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs and succession planning processes, serving at the same time as a performance and reward consultancy, two-way feedback point both to the employees and management leaders.

  • MANAGEMENT HR SUPPORT AND ADVICE POLICY
    Collaborating with the management to determine best HR principles implementation to guarantee optimal business performance. Providing guidance in relation to labour law aspects, reporting to company’s management on HR related feedback and reviewing external market best HR practices trends.

  • OTHER HR RELATED DUTIES AS ASSIGNED COVERING
    Coordinating of the recruitment processes, supporting onboarding and offboarding practices, budgeting and payroll, assistance in the implementation of bonuses and other benefits policy; employer branding related tasks.

Requirements

  • Good command of English (B2/C1).
  • Familiarity with Polish labour regulations regarding critical issues of the employee lifecycle.
  • Person with a high level of confidentiality, strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience in the area of personnel relations management (consulting, mediating and conflict management).
  • Ability to build and maintain good working relationships, engage employees and improve their career potential (required skills: mindful listening, compassion, sympathy, diplomacy).
  • HR management experience in a technology organization will be an asset.
