SaaS Sales Director

Scaling up our software sales, with multiple campaigns run on international markets and a growing potential for more, we are looking for an experienced SaaS Sales Director to join our team. 

Working with us you will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy as well as building and leading the team of dedicated specialists. You will have a real impact on the company’s and team’s development.

Working with us as a SaaS Sales Director you will:

  • Provide leadership, direction, and management of the sales team 
  • Form a close working relationship with the CEO, other senior executives, and team members to grow the business, formulate strategies and plans
  • Take over the control of planning and executing sales strategy 
  • Identify opportunities for growth and building a long-term relationship with existing clients
  • Foster new prospects
  • Lead the development and use of best practices and tools that ensure sales efficiency
  • Oversee and analyse the market for accurate decisions regarding strategy and business development
  • Represent the company during negotiations, meetings, and events

Is this you?

  • Min. 5 years of experience in sales management 
  • Experience in the SaaS industry and / or in the financial sector
  • Track record of creating and executing sales plans on the international markets 
  • Practical knowledge of business development and evaluation of the sales processes 
  • Energetic, highly motivated, with passion for excellence and success in pursuit of business growth 
  • Distinct consulting competence as well as professional presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in English (min. C1)
  • Readiness to travel abroad
