The Controller of your personal data is BR-AG prosta spółka akcyjna, with its registered office  in Poznań, Matejki St. 11A (BR-AG).

Your personal data is processed based on:

GDPR Article 6(1)(A) – your consent (applies to data provided in the application, over and above other grounds for processing) 

GDPR Article 6(1)(B) – actions taken at your request, prior to the conclusion of a contract (aimed at concluding a contract), limited to the scope indicated in the legal provision (Article 22 par. 1,3,4 of the Act – Labor Code)

GDPR Article 6(1)(F) – BR-AG’s legitimate interest, related to possible establishment, investigation, or defence of claims against BR-AG (GDPR Article 82(3))

Personal data may be made available to authorities authorized by law and entrusted under a written data processing agreement to entities providing services on behalf of BR-AG.

BR-AG may transfer your personal data  outside the European Economic Area. If we transfer Your personal data to recipients based outside the EEA, this is only done if an adequate level of data protection has been confirmed for that third country by the European Commission, an adequate level of data protection has been agreed with the recipient (e.g. using so-called standard contractual clauses).

The processing of Your data for the purposes indicated above, may result in the transfer of Your data to the servers of software and IT service providers, in connection with our use of the services/software they provide. Some of these servers are located in the USA. The transfer of data to the USA is carried out using the so-called standard contractual clauses referred to above. You have the possibility to obtain a copy of this data. The entities to which we send Your data guarantee that Your data is adequately secured.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 3 years after the end of the recruitment process. 

You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectify, erase, limit processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time, which will be equivalent to the cessation of processing of certain data.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the GDPR. Your provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the purposes of processing.

Your data will not be subject to automated processing or profiling.

Twoje dane osobowe przetwarzane są na podstawie:

RODO art. 6 ust. 1 lit. A – Twojej zgody (dotyczy danych podanych w aplikacji, wykraczających poza inne podstawy przetwarzania) 

RODO art. 6 ust. 1 lit. B – działań podjętych na Twoje żądanie, przed zawarciem umowy (mających na celu zawarcie umowy), ograniczone do zakresu wskazanego w przepisie prawnym (art. 22 par. 1,3,4 Ustawy – Kodeks Pracy)

RODO art. 6 ust. 1 lit. F – prawnie uzasadnionego interesu BR-AG, związanego z ew. ustalenia, dochodzenia lub obrony roszczeń wobec BR-AG (RODO art. 82 ust. 3)

Twoje dane osobowe mogą zostać udostępnione organom uprawnionym na podstawie przepisów prawa oraz powierzone na podstawie umowy powierzenia zawartej na piśmie podmiotom świadczącym usługi na zlecenie BR-AG.

BR-AG może przekazać Twoje dane osobowe poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy. Jeżeli przekazujemy Twoje dane osobowe odbiorcom z siedzibą poza EOG, odbywa się to tylko wówczas, jeżeli w stosunku do tego kraju trzeciego Komisja Europejska potwierdziła stosowny poziom ochrony danych, z odbiorcą danych został uzgodniony stosowny poziom ochrony danych (np. z wykorzystaniem tzw. standardowych klauzul umownych).

Przetwarzanie Twoich danych w celach wskazanych powyżej, może skutkować przekazaniem Twoich danych na serwery dostawców oprogramowania i usług IT, w związku z korzystaniem przez nas z usług/oprogramowania, które dostarczają. Niektóre z tych serwerów znajdują się w USA. Przekazywanie danych do Stanów Zjednoczonych odbywa się przy zastosowaniu tzw. standardowych klauzul umownych, o których mowa powyżej.

Twoje dane osobowe będą przechowywane przez okres 3 lat od zakończenia procesu rekrutacji. 

Posiadasz prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo cofnięcia zgody w każdej chwili bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.

Masz prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, gdy uznasz, iż przetwarzanie danych osobowych Ciebie dotyczących narusza przepisy RODO. Podanie przez Ciebie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, ale konieczne dla realizacji celów przetwarzania. 

Twoje dane nie będą poddawane automatycznemu przetwarzaniu ani profilowaniu.
