Starting from 31 December 2020 as a reference date, all insurance undertakings regulated under the Solvency II directive will submit their reports using the Solvency II 2.5.0 framework version recently published by EIOPA.

The main changes in Solvency II 2.5.0 package consist of updated Annotated Templates. Changes include in particular the clarification of Activity by Country breakdown and removal and crossing out cells in SR.25.01 and S/SR.26.01 templates. Additionally, EIOPA introduced a new cell in S.01.02, to provide a direct link (URL) to the Solvency and Financial Condition Report on voluntary basis.
