Since joining BR-AG in 2013, Paweł has played a key role in advising banking and capital markets clients on strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, strategic planning, regulatory and supervisory technologies, financial reporting, sustainability & ESG Reporting, delivering strategic offerings focused on optimization, efficiency and analytical capabilities.
Paweł is a seasoned expert with 10+ years of experience specializing in regulatory projects focused on the standardization of digital data collection, publication, and analysis, particularly utilizing data standards such as XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language).
He also focuses on enhancing sustainability reporting by actively contributing to respective regulatory initiatives in the EU.
Paweł has been involved in cooperation with the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG), shaping a stage for reporting based on European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRSs). This includes the development of XBRL taxonomy, tagged illustrative reports and documentation for ESG (environment, social, governmental) reporting and other.
